Items purchased online may be returned for full refund within 7 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition and product packaging. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs for returns and exchanges and we do not refund original shipping fees.

Once items are received by ASH +AMES, refunds are credited to the original form of payment, or may be used for store credit.
